We welcome everyone. Whether you are a novice experiencing competition for the first time or a professional getting a young horse out and about you are very welcome!
£14 per year please complete our online membership form here, or via the contact us form for a postal copy. Membership fees this year include entry to our end of season anniversary party - details to follow!
At our outdoor shows points are awarded to the members in all classes i.e 6 points for 1st, 5 for 2nd etc. At the end of the season these points are added up and the member with the most points will receive a trophy & rosette at our awards evening.
To qualify for end of year trophies you must have a minimum of 30 membership points. Membership points can only be earned by helping out with setting up the show field or helping out at a club event.
Without our members help we simply cannot run these events as we are a very small committee and rely on extra help for the club to continue.
It is the members responsibility to get their membership card signed and to sign the secretary's list at all non-comp events.

Points will be awarded as follows:
Setting up the show field or stewarding for 1/2 days - 10 points
Stewarding for the whole day - 20 points
Other people can do these jobs to gain points for members.
TDRC currently operates a pre-entry system only using the Equo Event system. Strictly no entries on the day. No ticket no entry -No refunds on pre-entry unless vet certificate provided or at the discretion of the committee.
